• What is the cost of termite treatment in Nerul?

  It starts at ₹2,500. Drilling in a whole flat costs more than treating one cupboard, and soil treatment for new work is priced by the square foot. The free inspection tells you which one you need. You get the final number in writing, and only then do you decide.

• My flat is in the NRI Complex. Will termite work disturb the building?

  The drilling makes some noise and dust for a short time, and it stays inside your flat along the affected wall. Check your complex's rules on work hours before you fix the date, and tell us. We clean the area after we finish, and you will know beforehand where each hole is going.

• Do you really have to drill holes in my walls?

  If termites are inside a wall or under the floor, yes, because the chemical has to reach them. Surface spray will not do that. The technician shows you the line of holes first. Please shift furniture away from those walls before the visit, as far as you can manage on your own.

• How many years does termite treatment last?

  They could be either, because both come out after rain. Termites have straight feelers and a thick waist. Ants have bent feelers and a thin waist. Put one in a small box or send a clear photo on WhatsApp, and we can usually tell you which one it is.

• Can termites eat clothes and files?

  Yes. Termites go after cellulose, and that is in paper and many fabrics as well as wood. Files and clothes kept against a damp wall are often the first to go. Move them away, look behind for mud lines, and call us for a free check if you find any.

• We are building a new floor in Nerul. When should soil treatment happen?
